A CATEGORY HOTEL

The category of the hotel is Α(****). All rooms have a facade and a veranda towards the sea. Beneficial surface of internal spaces 5.500 sq.m. approximately and exterior accommodated surface 2.140 sq.m. approximately. Materials of manufacture armed concrete, bricks and skeleton with the ant seismic system and all buildings' rooms can be extended in height and length. The complex has in operation 100 rooms (with bathroom- w.c., with wardrobe of 30 q.m. and veranda of 6.50 sq.m.), building of personnel 26 rooms (half of them in operation) with director apartment, restaurant of 315 sq.m. with a huge veranda of 320 sq.m., sitting room with fireplace of 250 sq.m. that is used as a conference room for 220 individuals with an adjacent room of deliberations with office of service and a 3rd room with lobby for congress of 35 individuals, central kitchen fully equipped of 200 sq.m., storage rooms etc. of 300 sq.m., reception building and offices etc. of 250 sq.m., spectacular entrance and a kiosk that it is used as a cafe area of 60 individuals, central parking lot of 100 cars etc.. On the beach there is a snack bar- taverna of 300 sq.m. with a parking lot for 30 cars, a swimming pool of 8 X 25 meters, an amphitheatric outdoor on the beach for 130 individuals, reception area, offices, storerooms etc. of 380 sq.m.. The facade on the beach, without the interfered of the street, is 300 meters approximately. The hotel has created a good fame on world level and has taken part as exhibitor in above 40 international reports of tourism in Europe and Greece. Now, it is not in operation and needs renovation.
